LifeCare Residences International Group (“LRI”), headquartered in London, was a developer, owner, and operator of premium retirement villages in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. The company was formed in 2010 with the merger of Renaissance LifeCare and Sanctuary Residences. EI monetized its investment in LRI through a private transaction.
